Allied Maintenance Services

Your Trusted Local Maintenance Services

A/C and heating systems are a big investment, and the best way to protect that investment is by having regular maintenance performed on your system (also all manufacturers require at least one maintenance visit per year to keep warranties valid).

Regular maintenance of your A/C and heating system is the key to avoiding frequent breakdowns and costly repairs, as well as ensuring that the system always operates at its full capacity and efficiency. To ensure that your system is always properly maintained, check out our Allied Service Club Memberships below.

Allied Service Club Memberships

Joining our Service Club is the best way to guard against maintenance related issues. All Club Memberships include 2 scheduled maintenance visits per year and can be upgraded, downgraded, or cancelled at any time.

On every maintenance visit our technician will inspect, check and/or tighten: All electrical connections, capacitors, contactors, relays, refrigerant charge, condensate drain, minor and major components of the system, etc. The tech may also hose off outdoor coil if necessary.

Also, the tech will wipe down/brush off equipment panels, etc., vacuum/flush the condensate drain, and then assess and inform you of the system’s current condition, as well as any issues that may need to be addressed now, or in the future.
