My first call 20 years ago was to Bayonet who lied to me. My second call was to Acree Air who lied to me. My neighbor turned me on to Allied. The best phone call I ever made. Everyone who lives in Hudson knows almost all of the businesses are lying crooks. Ethan reviewed what specifically he was hired to do to make sure we both had the same understanding. All the return and supply ductwork was to be replaced. The guys immediately got started working.When I checked in their progress Tommy answered all of my questions and provided some information that will be useful going forward. Upon completion of the job they cleaned up any garbage and removed the old ductwork. Ethan explained that they discovered that the old ductwork was not properly installed by the previous company. He assured me that they took the necessary steps to install the ductwork in the most efficient way. This should result in my system running more efficiently.
